TLC is a trilingual church and our multi-culture background is unique. You see different groups of people work together, support each other and share resources. We unite, for God’s kingdom.

Our Vision

Our vision is to establish a church that equips people, contributes the society and educate our next generation. Our goal is to share our resources with other churches and be the ally for many. We are currently fundraising for our building project for a mission center, which plans to invest in children ministries, youth development, trainings and missions.

Pastor You is a influential leader at Global Life Enrichment Center. He volunteered at TLC when TLC did not have a senior paster. Pastor You has been involved in many missionaries and missions.

Our History

TLC was established in 1980 by Pastor David Chen, who had been serving in Lutheran Hospitals. TLC just celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2020.

TLC had moved three times before our current location, and we are currently moving forward with our new building project, hoping to establish a global church.
